SOME RECENT PROJECTS
These include:
- working with the Chief Executive and management team
of a charity to help them develop and implement a new
strategy.
- Helping a charity develop and implement a succession
plan and acting as a mentor to individual members of the
management team to help them prepare for the change.
- Facilitating development conferences for the
management teams of a number of different charities.
- Facilitating a development conference for the
clients of a charity.
- Conducting organisational reviews of a number of
separate charities.
- Mentoring a Chief Executive and their Chair of
Trustees to help them improve their working
relationship.
- Working with a charity to clarify its core values,
then to develop and conduct a survey involving service
users and staff, to assess how well these were relevant
in practice.
